Christmas at Café Rouge

Deposits of £5pp are required for all Christmas Party menu bookings, including children. All deposits paid are redeemed against your bill on the date you dine with us. This deposit is payable no later than 14 days before your requested dine date (or immediately if booking within 14 days), otherwise, in busy periods we will reserve the right to cancel your table. The deposit is fully refundable only if you change your mind more than 14 days before you dine.

If you cancel within 14 days of your dine date, we are unable to offer a refund, however we would be happy to move your booking to any future date within 3 months of your original dine date, and your deposit will remain valid, and redeemable, against that new booking.

All deposits are payable either online, via a link you will receive in your confirmation email, or in restaurant if you paid us locally, and can only be paid back to the card(s) originally used. Cash is not accepted.
If you decide to cancel your booking, please either contact the restaurant direct, or our group sales team if you booked through them. Cancelling the booking yourself via our online booking portal will not refund your deposit.
If your party number reduces, we are unable to part refund deposits – however the full amount of the deposit taken will still be redeemed against your booking on the day.

If your party number increases, you will receive an email to pay the extra amount per person due.

For all bookings of of our Christmas Party menu – we will require a pre-order no later than 72 hours before your dine date. You will receive a link via email to make your pre-order in early November. If you do not pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability of your preferred menu dishes on the date you dine.

Our policy is that only guests who can prove they are 18 & above can be served alcohol for their own consumption. Due to the nature of this package we are unable to accommodate under 18’s in the party, even for soft drinks. The draught beer depends on availability & may be substituted at any time. Not available at Bella Italia Center Parcs or on delivery. Photography used is indicative and may not show the current menu dishes.

Add 6 bottles of beer bundle - this is applicable on the Christmas Set Menu only and applies to bottles of Stella Artois beer. ID will be required.

Rules of the House: Drinking to excess won’t be permitted & we reserve the right to cease serving at any time. Participants are required to drink responsibly at all times (www.drinkaware.co.uk). Bottomless bookings are 90min slots which start at the time of your booking. Your slot will not be extended for late arrivals. Our policy is that only guests who can prove they are 18 & above can be served alcohol for their own consumption and due to the nature of this package all members of the party must be over 18. Bottomless upgrade is available for pre-booking only & availability times may vary by restaurant location. The prosecco, draught beer and mocktails are only available during this time. We will only top up drinks that are finished at our discretion. All members of the party must be ordering from the 2 or 3 course Christmas menu. Offer also available with soft drinks or mocktails- if you or a member of your party will not be drinking alcohol please let us know when you book. Price is per person & drinks cannot be shared. The bottomless drinks offer is subject to compliance at all times in our restaurants in Wales with The Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Act 2018.
